I get bored watching the Grand Prix on the television but when we were in Abu Dhabi watching it, the noise and smell and sheer excitement were contagious. The beautiful weather helped of course, it probably wouldn't be the same watching it in this country in the rain! I will be asked, "No but did you see Patti Smith at Glasto? I will reply and tut in disgust when they say no.

Tuesday, 24 November 2015. One Cold November Day. This morning we wrapped up warm and took the dogs to Cod Beck Reservoir at Osmotherley - one of their favourite spots. While we shivered in the wind the dogs swam in the freezing cold water and had a ball of a time.
