Thursday, 30 April 2015. Morning peeps, thanks for stopping by. A 'clean and simple' card today, one of the rare occasions when I spend less than an hour on a card :). Stamp the 'Good luck' from the Just to Say. Set by Lili of the Valley in black Memento ink. Doodle some lines around the card edges with a black fineliner pen. I have used a similar design for my partially sighted friend June who is 90 today (way to go, June! I'll be back at the weekend with my first LOTV card for May. Have a great day,.

Tuesday, 30 September 2014. Thought I'd share a couple of cards I've made for some 'big' birthdays. I wanted to do something with Lili of the Valley papers for their September 'Pretty Papers' challenge. This first one is for a 50th Birthday. I've finished off with some Prima flowers with pearls glued into the centres and some lilac organza ribbon. Tuesday, 20 January 2015. It's nice to be back in Blogland after the Christmas break, hope you all had a lovely time. We had another go at Iris Folding at club this month, using a lovely bird template from Papercraft Inspirations magazine. This is the version I did up as an example (it's similar to the one featured in the magazine, but they probably didn't spend an hour deciding which papers to use :D ). Wednesday, 29 July 2015. Hope you are well :). Just sharing this house-shaped easel card, my second July card for the LOTV Design Collective. The papers are all from the Heartfelt. 8x8 paper pad and the. Sentiment is from the For You Circular Sentiments. Stamp set, both Lili of the Valley. The stepping stones and chimney are cut from grey Bazill card. I also used a die-sire die for the grass (Icicles), an old flower punch. And the Woodland Branch die from Memory Box. The chimney smoke is cotton wool.
