July 4, 2007. So I wrote this big whiny post about how lame my life is right now, but I haven’t put it up because there was going to be video to go with it but I haven’t found the video clip I wanted. Yes, a clip of a videoed lecture revealing just how shitty a student I have become. But in the meantime, I decided to do something about this situation and now I have 3 different potential jobs, yes J-O-B jobs, I’m looking into, and a date on Thursday! The idea is that you add an RSS bookmark to your browse...

Laquo; Old draft, finally posted: Wake Up, Charlie. It’s been a year. September 18, 2008. Since I was told that surgery was recommended for my wrist. It’s been well over a year since I injured it, and as a result I am about to start missing the second season in a row of all the sports I love. I’ve seen great examples in the news recently of exactly why I am opposed to more technology for. There is someone in my hometown with the same first and last name as me (different middle names at least). I have...

I can’t believe how hot Jodie Foster still is. | Windigo

Laquo; Head up. Back on the Horse. I can’t believe how hot Jodie Foster still is. September 13, 2007. I just had to share that. My housemate seems to think Jodie Foster might be a lesbian. That’d be cool with me. I didn’t like the color of her hair on The Daily Show, but she put John in his place in an awesome way and managed to say a couple intelligent things in an interview he did his best to keep dumbed-down and funny. Hopefully I’ll see the movie. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

Laquo; Spring Break. What’s with the price of orange juice these days? May 21, 2007. I know I’d get a long incredulous look followed by a sarcastic remark if I told any of you this in person:. While I appreciate the flow of ideas and technology between military and humanistic applications, I still think that it is dangerous to underestimate the importance and impact of initially. So where is the compromise, or is there one at all? May 21, 2007 at 10:08 am. Oh yeah, two things I forgot…sorry.

Laquo; I don’t get stressed out very often. I can’t believe how hot Jodie Foster still is. August 24, 2007. Well I found a place to live, and it’s in Capitol Hill, which is one of the dominant cultural centers of Seattle. For the first time I will truly be living in the city, within walking distance of all the stores and bars and restaurants I could want. And of course, terrible street parking, somewhat noisy busses, and vocal crazy people. It should be a blast. Tomorrow I’m going to ditch my civil...

Laquo; I can’t believe how hot Jodie Foster still is. Old draft, finally posted: Wake Up, Charlie. Back on the Horse. September 21, 2007. I was going to sign up for the Seattle half marathon, but it’s right after Thanksgiving. But this reminded me of the trail run I ran that sunday last year, the Dirty Bird 15K near Philadelphia. I took a look at the results from last year, did some math, and came up with this marginally reasonable train of thought:. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

Laquo; What’s with the price of orange juice these days? June 16, 2007. Hey everyone. So, I’m still getting paid by the military to help develop an autonomous power boat, and I still don’t know where I am going in grad school. But, I have a totally sweet weekend lined up:. Right near my house at noon, and talk of drinking in Capitol Hill that night. The starting point looks like having friends for whom I’ll do it free refer me friends/acquaintances and charge. Posted in Weekend Update. Do I look STUPID?

Laquo; Ideas Worth Spreading. I don’t get stressed out very often. August 1, 2007. I went backpacking in the northern Cascades this weekend with new housemate Jen. Here’s a panorama; there’s a really cool plugin that lets you pan around panoramas, but to use it I’d need to go through all the nerdery of putting my blog back on my own computer (or finding a free host that uses wordpress and allows plugins). I’m thinking about it. Click for full size – it’s wide! Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
