First on our Honey-Do list, therefore, was to build them a warm, comfortable, and spacious doghouse in the garage. Gettin' Old Ain't For Sissies. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Baby Boy Coming This Summer. Oops, forgot about the blog for a little while! Well, everyone already knows, but here is the posting of record anyway: We have a baby boy on the way (thank goodness for no girl cooties)! Here are his first two pictures:. He's getting bigger now and making Mom more and more uncomfortable with "timely" kicks and back flips. This gives us hope that he'll be athletic! Due date is August 20th! Kirk and Alicen Waldron.

Gettin' Old Ain't For Sissies. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Tyson Douglas, 8/25/2011. He has finally arrived, and we are so proud of him! 8lb 12oz. and 21.5" with huge feet. He is so calm and content and such a blessing to our home. Here are a few pictures of his first moments to hold everyone off for a few days until his infant photos are complete. Gettin' Old Ain't For Sissies. Friday, July 22, 2011. I spent the weekend down at the family cabin with Chris and Ryan. We had perfect weather (high 70s), lots of good food, and plenty of manly oil/gas fumes, exhaust, and sawdust! Despite fighting with the chainsaws, we got a lot of work done. Chris had the chance to try out the new trailers he built earlier this year. They ended up being pretty handy. We tried being lumberjacks for the weekend. I sure am glad I got a degree! Chris coming down the trail.
