Monday, October 1, 2012. Sunday Date with Dean. Dean and I decided to go drive the Alpine Loop today for a Sunday date. It was so beautiful! I also love Aspen trees. I immediately fell in love with Aspen trees when I first came to Utah. I love everything about them. The trunk is skinny, tall and white. The leaves are like little circles that dance in the air. And I love the noise the leaves make in the wind. Only if I could plan Aspen trees in Austin and have them survive. Sunday Date with Dean.

Monday, April 23, 2012. And how I never posted pictures of my sketchbook? I scanned the pages in. There's something about scanned images that I like. I took my topic quite literally, and tried to only give myself 5 minutes on each page. I kind of cheated on a lot of the pages but oh well. I enjoyed doing this. Monday, January 16, 2012. I know Halloween was almost 3 months ago.oh well. I wanted to be Edna Mode from The Incredibles. So I begged Dean to be Mr. Incredible. And my awesome husband found a Mr. Incredible spandex suit online and actually bought it! I kind of wish that we had taken pictures the day of. My hair was the perfect length and my bangs were way shorter just like Edna's. But I think I would rather have Dean in his full costume. Oh and did you know that Edna is half Japanese?

Saturday, September 8, 2012. Colorado was so beautiful. We just spent most of the week driving around the mountains. And I loved their mountains. It was such a nice relaxing week. We went fly-fishing, hiking, and enjoyed the fresh air. We also went to the Denver Art Museum and saw the Yves Saint Laurent exhibit. It was just amazing! I love the butterfly pictures. I went to a pavilion once and it was a surreal experience to have exotically colored butterflies all around. September 27, 2012 at 3:31 PM.

Sunday, September 30, 2012. I'm so proud of myself. I ran a 5K without walking. But let's be honest there were hills that were killing me. And I didn't realize that a small increase in elevation makes it harder to breathe. But I did it! Also, this means that I get to cross off one thing off my "30 before 30" list. I still only have 20 things on my list. So when I come up with ten more, I will post it here! Thats awesome you ran a 5k. It feels good, doesnt it? September 30, 2012 at 10:00 PM.

Monday, November 26, 2012. I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving. I got a lot done surprisingly but it was a nice and relaxing weekend for me. The Ramptons, Miya (my sister), Dean and I decided to get take out from Cracker Barrel for Thanksgiving. We also picked up some Pumpkin Supreme Pies from Village Inn.
