Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Saturday, March 28, 2015. Fiona is 4 1/2. Fiona will be starting full-time preschool in the fall. She is crazy excited to go to school and "be big." I'm having trouble believing that the baby I had yesterday. Is old enough for preschool! She reminded me tonight that the Easter Bunny brought them socks last year and that she hopes the Bunny does that again this year. Seriously - how does she remember that? I got quite an eye ro...

Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Tuesday, July 29, 2014. No wonder we can never get out of the house on time! The middle and the little. Thursday, July 24, 2014. Mr Declan is six weeks old today. It feels like he's been here much longer (in a good way). We're starting to settle in to this routine - just in time for it to disappear in three quick weeks when I head back to work. (Wow - that was depressing to type! Sunday, July 20, 2014. Declan's awake time is b...

Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Friday, August 7, 2015. And I felt a little like superwoman wrestling that thing around the park. [Side note: Mike did math when I got home and we figure the stroller with all three kids is at best even in weight with me, and possibly slightly heavier! It was even HOTTER than Saturday and the boys were itching to get back to work. So we bailed after almost 2 hours. Seriously, the parade was still going! Then on Tuesday evening...

Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Look closely - the tooth is in. It was a big weekend for the men of the family! The sisters are really proud of his new teeth and are convinced that he can now eat everything - just like them! We are also super excited about the "two-fer" tooth popping. The girls were notorious for getting teeth one at a time - except for Q's four molars at once. And no one would describe that as a picnic! Every year...

Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Several months ago, my dad had a coupon for a local dinner theater's production of Mary Poppins. Tickets were purchased for July, including a ticket for the Bug, and the wait began. Tell Q about the cake . we'll let it be a s...

Life with a toddler, a preschooler, a kindergartner, and a sweet, large puppy. Sunday, August 30, 2015. Some of my favorite memories from childhood are around baseball. My dad and Grandpa J are huge baseball fans and we watched hundreds of games together. Better yet, we went. To many games together. I have always loved going to games - and it was even better when my Grandpa came with. They each got a stuffed dog. The Twins hit two homeruns so the gang even got to see fireworks a couple times - a big hit!
