The Pond of Aliswan. Getting all my ducks in a row. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Surprises and the joys of jet lag. Well I decided to pull a surprise.and it has been my best one so far. Last Monday my professor had a family emergency back in the States while we were in Turkey. Initially, because we thought things were ok, we decided to stay for the remaining 3.5 weeks of our trip. By Tuesday evening she decided her family needed her and we all decided to come home a little early. 16 hours on a plane baby.

Saturday, May 18, 2013. Finally, introducing Kennedy Marie! I knew that come 39 weeks, I would be so ready to be done being pregnant and I was! They called the doctor to come and have a baby. They got all set-up and when they gave me the go ahead to start pushing, I gave 2 pushes and there she was! My sweet baby girl! Wednesday, November 17, 2010. For my birthday, along with the cruise, Wyatt bought me cake decorating classes. I took fondant and gum paste decorating in October. There were 4 classes throughout the month. It was challenging, but so fun! I learned how to do some awesome things like making roses, daisies, bows, carnations, and several different flowers and other things to make a beautiful cake. Here is my first finished product:. Tuesday, April 30, 2013. So yes, we went to San Francisco to see our little brother and his wife and to eat the weekend away and that is what we did! We got a great deal on flights over to San Francisco. We did public transportation, which works pretty well over there. Katie and I, had backpacks with a weekends worth of clothing and essentials. Russ and I have been married for 7 years now. Our daughter Lindsey is already 4 years old and Taylor will be 2 at the end of May! Courtney is currently working at University of Colorado Hospital part time as a nurse. Russ is working at an oil refinery about 15 minutes from home as an engineer. Taylor 5 months old.

Thursday, October 9, 2008. What I Dream About. I have had a series of really unfortunate dreams lately. Not the kind that leave me shaken or unnerved throughout the day, but the kind that make me wonder what in the hell my subconscious is worried about. For example, after watching pieces of the presidential debate on Tuesday, I woke the next morning with the distinct feeling that I had really made Obama mad while I mediated an economic agreement between McCain and Bernacke. Now bear in mind, I don't.
