Tortellini in Broth with Swiss Chard. 3 1/2 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth. 1/4 cup shaved romano, parmessan or asiago cheese for serving. 1 package (8.8 ounces) cheese tortellini. 1 bunch Swiss chard, ribs and stems removed, cut into 1-inch pieces. In a medium pot, bring broth and 3 cups water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions. During last minute of cooking, add chard and cook until tender. 4 garlic cloves (skin on). 1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for serving. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice. 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste). 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse salt. Paprika, for garnish (optional). Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place eggplant and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet and rub with 2 tablespoons oil. Roast until garlic is soft and golden, 20 minutes. Remove garlic and set aside. On Saturday, we had a few folks over at our house and it made the event pretty sweet. At first, she didn't really know what to do, but she quickly got the hang of it and kept yelling "eggs!
