Thursday, July 14, 2011. Our little Jack, lover of flags, had an awesome day on the 4th of July. We started the day with a walk around the block to see the flags. We then went to the West Jordan parade. We ended the day with watching a show being broadcast from DC for the 4th of July and some fireworks. Jack really became the show himself. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Some children have a favorite blanket or teddy bear that they love to sleep with, something soft and cuddly to hold on to for comfot as they sleep. Not my child. He has never been attracted to stuffed animals or cuddly things. He usually falls asleep holding his batman or starwars guys. This time he chose his Rancor. Notice that C3P0 is in the Rancor's mouth. Sunday, March 10, 2013. Once there was a snowman. Jack wanted a snowman so bad after learning the snowman song in primary. Because the snow in our yard was layers of ice and snow from the many storms this year, it was not an easy task. But Jack was excited nonetheless. Jack was also excited to help dad shovel the walk.
