旗の台の坂の途中にて工事中でした「Ｆ邸」竣工しました。 事務所で設計した住宅の中でも一番なくらい狭小な住宅ですが、階段での上階からの明かりなどによって、開放感があり、全面道路向かいの学校の緑を借景でみることができる２階リビングはとても居心地のよい空間となりました。 どうしても北側斜線によって、屋根の形状が隣地の家と同じになってしまう事は避けられないのですが、その上で、いかに顔としてのファサードをオリジナルなものにさせるかが今回のテーマの一つでしたが、建物を覆う仮面のように壁を出すことで、シンプルだけど他とは違う趣のある顔に仕上がりました。 最近の計画案で、残念ながら実施にいたらなかったものから一つ、スケッチ公開ー…。 ちょっと変形な角地で、「住宅＋アルファ」の計画です。 角地の特性を利用して、エントランス部分で、向こう側が抜けて見えるような、壁と屋根. けれども諸般の事情で採用には至らず、「アンビルト」になりました。……残念賞。 大自然の雄大さを子供達に実感して欲しかったので、九州熊本阿蘇へ…。 古い車の「車検」は大変…。 事故を起こさないように、車検制度があるのはとてもいいことだとは思い...
