E-book initiative can make it more affordable to buy the electronic versions of printed words, a lot of trees will be left to absorb Co2 instead of attracting power hungry forestry machines. Why oh why do the electronic editions cost more or less as much as the printed versions? In my book (! I mitt spanska kök – medelhavsköket
I mitt spanska kök – medelhavsköket. Så var det äntligen dags. Kräftpremiären, den efterlängtade. Färska, svenska härliga jumbokräftor från mörkaste Småland. Under åren med skaldjursfrossa i Spanien har jag inte ätit svenska kräftor och måste erkänna att jag inte heller längtat särskilt efter dem. Men jag hade nog glömt bort hur gott det är. För visst är det något visst med riktiga, goda svenska kräftor? Utslaget på 365 dagar blir de ganska få så då blir det ju ganska prisvärt ändå! August 11th, 2012.
