Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. MEXICAN BEST BALL SCRAMBLE GOLF TOURNAMENT. Our Club’s Golf Tournament is held at the Wyndham Grand Bay Isla Navidad Resort. Our Golf Committee works closely with the golf course management and personnel to make this a really fun event. For everyone (amateurs as well as seasoned pros). There are lots of prizes. And the entrance fee includes a meal. Our golf team is already working on next year’s plan to make the tournament even better.

This event has grown each year, and has become one of the big events of our community, and is held in the town square in downtown Barra de Navidad. The Chili Cookoff is an afternoon of tasting some amazing chili all prepared by local contestants. There is no cash awarded to the winners – only token prizes. Why do they do it? During the afternoon fun, we also have a raffle.
