So yesterday I took a day trip with my ISEP group to Poas Volcano and it was pretty much amazing! It was about and hour and a half drive from school to the park through windy, curvy mountains. It takes a lot longer to get somewhere when there are no interstates that take you there, its basically just back roads. Thankfully I didnt get sick! It was by far the coolest thing ever!

I will be living with an older women, Liliana Gonz á. Les, who is an “ama de casa,” which means she keeps the house. She also has a son, Fernando, who is a journalist. What to do after the time of my life. Thursday, July 2, 2009. Sothe news on my Accutane:. Crazy what a little pill can do, huh? I finished my Accutane in May, went back to the doctor in June for my checkup, and I have to go back again after six months. You can't see it in the picture, but I still have a rather large bloodspot on my left cheek that is rather annoying. Dr. Mitchell thinks that this will fade as the six months pass. We shall see. Did I enjoy Accutane? Hell no. Am I glad I did it?

What to do after the time of my life. Friday, October 24, 2008. Where has all the simplicity gone? I miss simplicity. I miss sitting in Trigo Miel staring out the entrance watching people go by and having absolutely nothing to worry about. I miss my biggest care being the decision of which beach to go to this weekend. I miss not worrying about my homework assignment due tomorrow. I miss paying with coins. I miss cafe con leche and gallo pinto. I miss platanos. I miss going to bars and meeting people.
