We spent time talking about what hope is, and learned that the only hope that won't every disappoint us is our hope in Jesus Christ. Our Bottom Line for HURT was: I can show God's love even when I'm hurt. We talked about how all of us have been hurt by someone else. Not just hurt physically, but hurt in our hearts.
