Cuckoos Nest is a luxury, contemporary, three-storey, glass-fronted, lake-side house. The house is designed as "upside-down living" so on the Ground Floor you will find three bedrooms an en-suite bathroom and a family shower room. The First Floor is where the living accommodation is situated with stunning views out over the lake. The Second Floor has a Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom looking down over the living area on the First Floor. Some photos of the surrounding Cotswolds area.

Take exit 15 and follow the signs northwards to Cirencester along the A419 for approximately 15 miles. At the Spine Road junction, turn off the A419 following the brown tourist signs to the Cotswold Water Park. As you come up the exit slip from the dual carriageway, you come to a round-about - take the first exit, sign-posted the Cotswold Water park. This brings you onto the B4696 Spine Road.
