Sunday, June 21, 2015. 1 cup Coconut Oil. 1 cup Coco Powder. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream. 5 drops doTERRA Spearmint Essential Oil. Using a double boiler or very low heat, melt coconut oil. Add Cocoa Powder and stir until dissolved. Add honey and vanilla, and mix well. Stir into Chocolate mixture. Add Spearmint, stir well. Line 8x8 pan with plasticwrap, wax paper, or parchment paper, pour mixture into pan. Refrigerate until hard, remove and cut into bite sized pieces.
