Wednesday started with 7×1 DL:. Eh I pulled this for 5 in competition so I am not all that impressed with myself. The WoD was 7-minute AMRAP:. 8 Power Cleans 185/135. I have no recollection of what I got on this WoD. 2 something, I think? I honestly don’t remember. Today was 7×1 FS, which was crappy:. 14 weighted pistols (16kg/12kg).

Today was an extra long warm-up and then 3 rounds for quality of:. 3 Bar hanging around-the-world each direction. I can sorta-kinda do the first thing, but not all the way to the top. I can definitely do the second thing, which is crazy because that’s a long trip for my toes to make. I can do the third thing more easily than hollow rocking. I got 3 2.
