I have taken advantage of the counselling service at work and seen someone who didn't offer me much in the way of a solution, but he gave me a few tools to help turn negative feelings around. Monday, June 04, 2007. That aside, I am having a low day all round and it feels like there is no balance in my world. My head can play games with me at times and I try to stay conscious of it all so I can control my reactions to things. I don't always win. Sunday, June 03, 2007. The week that was. Sadly, I've probably undone it already, indulging in a massive serving of french toast and maple syrup with berries. It was yummo - Mary and her partner generously shouted us a birthday brecky. Very nice, I think it'll keep me going until tonight's BBQ. I'm glad I walked this morning! Anyhow, a few chores to do before we go out tonight so will get on to them. My goal for this week is to loose 500g, so that will take me down to 67.4. Wish me luck! I'm a graphic de...

Wednesday, August 31, 2005. Other than spiders and fire, I've also been dreaming about work, and deadlines. Pretty pathetic hey! On that note, I really can't wait till CB is home. His mum arrives to stay with up on Sunday but he won't be home until Tuesday night. I've decided to go and stay with my parents for the weekend, being fathers day and all. Thursday, May 31, 2007. I forgot to eat lunch! I'm not sure if this means my body has finally adjusted to the 1200 calorie limit, or maybe my head is starting to toe the line (it's only taken 27 years.).
