Poor physical and mental health are often related to modern lifestyles resulting in individuals having too little exercise and poor diet as well as experiencing feelings of stress and isolation. Medical interventions may treat the symptoms but fail to address the cause. Use green spaces as alternative way of preventing health problems and enhance well-being.
