Who is it for. When people come to counselling, there is a chance for the counsellor and client to get to know each other in what we call a therapeutic relationship. A client describes it as ‘being really me, able to say exactly what I reallyfeel’. We usually just sit together, and talk about what is going on for the client, at the present time. Each session takes about an hour, sometimes longer, and although that seems a long time, it actually goes quite quickly. Built and Designed by With People CIC.

Who is it for. Who is it for. Who is it for. I offer counselling to people from sixteen years onwards. Some people find counselling helpful during crisis, and major life events for example, bereavement, including sudden or tragic loss. Others use it as a way of supporting themselves through difficult episodes in their life, for example a divorce, or relationships, and family issues.
