心理諮商筆記 Becoming a Counselor. 紀錄心理諮商工作點滴、心得反思，並以心理觀點討論文本及社會現象。 改變的起源，在於「覺知」. 身體有很多本能跟需要，但若沒有停下來好好的去感覺身體的訊息，會有很多需要被忽略。另一種情況，就是身體已經夠了，但你不知道，以為不夠，於是過度地去追求或餵養那些需要。 社會層面，有太多價值觀和規條，都被我們囫圇吞下了。「本來就應該如何如何」、如何定義「成功」、「幸福」、「有用」。 未經覺知，生命的能量會被綁在這些「以為的需要」上，而沒有投入在「真正的需要」中。 當我們覺得自己沒有符合「應該的樣子」，便會焦慮。 焦慮驅策我們去做許多的行動，但終究都不能滿足內在真正的需求。我們被焦慮所控制。 覺察之所以有力量，是讓人能認清真正的需求，進而產生了超越本能與規條的洞見與決定，也就是意志。 每時每刻每日的覺察，帶來對自身較完整的覺知，完整的覺知則帶來選擇生活的意志。 欲轉載本文請標明- 作者：趙庭正心理師 出處：心理諮商筆記 http:/ counselnote.blogspot.tw.
