Thursday, September 30, 2010. I have been eating oatmeal for a few months now, but I think I finally have it perfected. 1 cup rice dream almond milk. The mix ins of the banana and walnuts can change of course, but the oat to almond milk ratio is just right. I am so full right now I could burst- and for only 200 calories. Wow. Tuesday, July 27, 2010. I slept for 12 straight hours yesterday. I feel amazing, of course, but hope that such behavior isn’t in my immediate future plans. Thursday, April 29, 2010. Eating My Way to Weight Loss. What if you lost weight by eating? Wouldn’t that be great? It has finally clicked in my brain that weight loss and healthy living is about putting good things in your body, as opposed to denying yourself. Weight loss is about refusing to settle. Tell yourself that you will NOT settle for the half hardened donught or lemon square at the office. You will NOT settle for being exhausted, ridden with a food baby and unable to move. I know my choice.

Thursday, February 25, 2010. Today is my 26th birthday. I really went into the day thinking it was just another day, as bright and fabulous as the last but not overly exciting. Once I got to work, this changed. A bunch of awesome people here made me some amazing weight watcher friendly desserts- two point pumpkin pie, one point cookies.
