Friends came up on Saturday afternoon. Above, Sarah was hard at work making dinner for everyone. Below is a shot of our pasta with homemade meatballs. So another big accomplishment to note was the planting of our very own apple orchard! Ryan has always had a thing for apple trees and we love the idea of edible landscaping. We apologize for the lack of posts recently.but we've had our hands full :) Milo James Hayes was born on Monday, February 8th (his due date! At 9:31pm. He weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs. 6 ozs. which was a total surprise.our midwives estimated him at something around 7-7.5 lbs. In hindsight, I'm glad I didn't know how big he was!
