Saturday, August 1, 2015. Turning 8 with a Bang! We've had a very busy couple of days. Yesterday was Nathan's 8th birthday! And attempting to jump up and down. Nathan was not thrilled by the noise. Thursday, July 30, 2015. The kids had a complete blast. I was pretty impressed that everyone (even Christian) played all 10 frames of the game. Nobody got bored. Bowling with kids has improved quite a bit through the years. Now there are built-in bumpers AND these ramp-things for the ball, so they kid basically just has to push it down a metal ramp and off it goes. So funny. Christian was surprised EVERY TIME the ball popped up again on the conveyor belt. A toddler in bowling shoes? White Brown and Beige.

Tuesday, March 31, 2015. I was whining afterwards, that one thing that exhausts me about these appointments (aside from the fact that entire days have to be planned around them) is that all these doctors are telling us to come back in 3 months. So you know what we'll be doing to celebrate the end of school? I have decided that we are going to have a no-therapy-summer, if I can at all help it. We all need a break from medical professionals. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Kid's Marathon Year Two. Running this marathon with Nathan is always a bit of an emotional thing for me. I am so proud of him. He just tries and tries and never gives up. He might have been the only kid running that race with orthotics, I don't really know, but to everyone out there, he was just another kid. One of our little cheerleaders.
