Knit Together... Wonderfully Made: Help Bring Christmas, One At A Time
http://knittogether.blogspot.com/2006/10/help-bring-christmas-one-at-time.html
Thursday, October 05, 2006. Help Bring Christmas, One At A Time. This is something I've never done on my blog, but please indulge me as I ask for some help, to bring Christmas to those less fortunate. Would you like to knit something small, that would be of GREAT help? Their ministry has lead to One At A Time Ministries. A storefront church in the Ford Hotel in the middle of the most desperate part of the city, where they hold services every Sunday, and Bible studies during the week. I talked to Marion a...

Trial and error adventures in knitting, crocheting, and many other craft activities. Monday, October 30, 2006. Why is this so difficult? It's a stupid crocheted cylinder with a brim. A pilgrim hat. To go over a roll of toilet paper. And I've re-done the brim area about a million times! What else have I been up to? Oh yeah, the whole deadlines thing? Posted by Anastasia @ 7:38 PM. V Knits: Does Anyone Know What This Means?
http://venusknits.blogspot.com/2008/10/does-anyone-know-what-this-means.html
My name is Venus. I knit as much as possible, while juggling work and various other activities. Currently, my yarn sprees hinder my ability to save up for trips and other important things. But I'm not apologizing. Sunday, October 26, 2008. Does Anyone Know What This Means? We all knew this would happen sooner or later. I bought a loom. A 36" LeClerc Nilus floor loom to be exact. Something that is $2575.00 new, I got for $350.00. Holy crap! Posted by Venus @ 4:26 PM. I need an ear to the ground!

Great Towering Textiles, Batgirl, that's a lot of potential! My New Multitask Tool. So much happier making these pompons than I was using the Inox tool. Kitchen utensils are swell. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Scraps and swatches, projects and possibilities, and lots of little yarns. Yarn, fabric yardage, quilt scraps, costume pieces, organized vertically - takes less floor and shelf space that way. View my complete profile. A Traveling Vine scarf, Holly colors. Great Towering Textiles: A Reasonable Finish
http://toweringtextiles.blogspot.com/2015/05/a-reasonable-finish.html
Great Towering Textiles, Batgirl, that's a lot of potential! The pattern is the Antler Hat from Tin Can Knits. Yarn was birthday souvenir yarn from This is Knit in Dublin. It's Soft Donegal, from Studio Donegal. That it is a hat already is pretty good. (Whom do I kid? For me that's pretty remarkable.). It's not a fashion plate hat, but it's a Good Warm Winter Hat. First time in ages I will have a new knit ready for the first cold spell in late fall! Now I can finish up some long lingering socks.
