Last week I had lost 1.8 lbs after that disastrous 7lb gain and then this week.I gained 1.6 lbs back. I was so shocked, that I was PISSED. Angry. Frustrated. I wanted to throw a temper tantrum. Suddenly I began experiencing some of the worst stomach cramps I've had since before being on Prilosec. (It's an amazing drug) I immediately start rewinding my morning in my head and start frantically thinking- did I take it this morning? Say no to fast food! What are you proud of?
