Monday, November 5, 2012. It's Been So Long. Celebrated my 22nd Birthday. Went to the Bountiful 24th of July parade where Bennett marched as one of the 2,000 stripling warriors. We went to our annual Child family reunion in Sun Valley. Truly our favorite vacation spot. Poor Bennett got a little sick on the trip. And we enjoyed the rest of the summer by doing all those summery things that people do: picnics, weddings, parties, ice cream outings, etc. Alex's graduation from BYU. Rode the Alpine Slide.

Thursday, April 24, 2014. This weather is where it's at. Other than the hit-or-miss chilly and windy days, I welcome it with open flailing arms. About a week ago, I joined Phil, Lacey, and the kids down at Gateway. We wandered through the planetarium, and then drifted to the fountain. At moments, I just stuck an arm out, and basked in the sun hitting my transparent skin. With the warm weather, comes whipping our yard back into shape. I love the first cut of the season. I won't even mention Riverton water.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. I was scheduled to be induced Monday, June 15th. The weekend came and went, and no sign of Finn. I called the hospital Monday morning at 7 am and they advised they had a crazy morning full of deliveries and to call back at 8. Called back, was told to wait 1 more hour and to call if I hadn't heard from the head nurse by then. At 8:45, I got a call telling us to go ahead and come in at 10 am to have a baby! Thursday, August 6, 2015. 7 weeks of bliss. I blinked and my babe is 7 weeks old. He is smiling like nobody's business. Loves to eat. Go figure. Pushing 13 pounds. Is quite fond of his wubbanubs. Sleeps like a champion in his swing. Enjoys the car, but will straight up wake when we come to a stop. Struggles with gas bubbles. Gotta pat those suckers out constantly. Fancies being snuggled up. Always sleeps with his hands by his face. I do it too. Everyone says he looks like Dallin. Sorry But not really.

Thursday, May 29, 2014. Past due.as usual. We had Marissa, Chase, and Capri up for a bbq at my parents when they were out of town. It was so good to see them and catch up. We don't see them enough, and that needs to change stat. Capri is almost a teenager. Dallin couldn't get enough of Capri and the cuteness oozing out her ears.
