And your point, madam? May i answer your question with another question? Another weight-loss journey. but this time for serious. Apr 19th, 2009 at 8:06 AM. For breakfast i had oatmeal with 2tbsp of brown sugar. i do not feel bad about this, because it was good, and any cereal i would have eaten would probably have been worse. i also had cinnamon swirl bread, which i also do not feel bad about, because it was delicious. A couple days ago i did NOT have a cookie. nor did i have one yesterday, or today!
