Sunday, May 23, 2010. Sovereign Debt - The Next Shoe to Drop. I am a fan of Niall Ferguson. He is unique - Dr. Ferguson has expertise in history as well as economics. Recently he was a speaker at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. A think tank based in Washington DC. Allow Professor Ferguson to explain the implications and consequences of run-away sovereign debt in this speech titled "Fiscal Crises and Imperial Collapses: Historical Perspective on Current Predicaments". The Teo Chronicles: After the thaw.....
http://theteochronicles.blogspot.com/2010/01/after-thaw.html
Wednesday, January 20, 2010. We are back to more normal temperatures - the snow we had was most unusual - we certainly enjoyed this special time. Hannah took most of these outdoor pictures. She is developing a good eye for pictures. Near our backyard - the kids loves to explore there. David's own winter wonderland. There is a small cave behind the ice. A great shot - looks like the branch is 'growing' ice. I love this shot - nice angle and good depth perception. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Millie...

Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Can you believe that? Here's to another 20 year. After the movie, we went to Bone Fish Seafood Restaurant where one of my student works as a cook - we had a great time savoring delectable seafood! Generous portion of New Zealand Mussels in Creamy Garlic and Tomato sauce. Deep-Fried Calamari with Asian-inspired dipping sauce. Scallops wrapped with bacon served on a bed of Mango chutney - just fabulous. BANG-BANG Shrimp - a best seller at the restaurant. AVATAR - Go see it.
