We visited John James Audubon State Park in Kentucky with Grandmother and Pa. We hiked in the woods, visited the museum and learning center, and explored areas with great bird watching opportunities. We also stayed in a cabin in the park! We went on a children's wild flower walk. Rowdy is studying a flower with a magnifying lens. Friday, May 17, 2013.

The adventures of Gary, Amanda and Cooper. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. As I was driving Cooper to school Monday, we passed by the same lake we pass by every day. Every time we drive by, he says "lake lake lake" and I casually acknowledge. This Monday was no exception. My sweet boy says. "lake, I wanna play lake.". He was born in a barn in Greenbrier, TN as one of four puppies in the litter. At the time he was the “runt’ of the litter and seemed to be destined to be small. Not so.
