About the Trail Ride. Njoy the beautiful rolling hills and incredible views while trotting horseback along the trails of the McCasland, Youman and Pig Foot Ranches in Star, Texas. Experience a family fun weekend! Three rides, food, refreshments, dance and helping kids in need is part of the fun! The trail ride is a “Donation” ride. Negative Coggins is required. About the Trail Ride. Your itinerary for the weekend:. Friday – May 19th:. Registration begins Friday afternoon. Fish Fry for Supper. Saturday – May 20th:. Breakfast served, then the Trailboss will have you in the saddle by 9:00AM. Round Robin Ride with refreshment breaks along the way. You’ll be back at camp for lunch and a short break. Head back out at 2:00PM for an afternoon ride. Supper served at 6:30PM. Auction begins after supper and band will start playing at 8:00PM. Sunday – May 21st:.
