Our Army of Six: Lily recovery update
http://armyofsix.blogspot.com/2014/07/lily-recovery-update.html
Thursday, July 10, 2014. Lily had a good day today. She slept well last night, seemed to have a lot less pain and finished her antibiotics. She only had a couple of spells where we believe she was uncomfortable. She is so much quieter now. In fact, she can even sneak up on us! We give God glory for her healing and pray she continues to heal and grow. Lily felt better today! Heal me, O Lord. And I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise." Jeremiah 17:14. Our Army of Six.

Monday, June 23, 2014. Its hot out there! Grace has been trying to improve her vocabulary lately. She's even looked at the 'word-a-day" sites to learn big words and then she tries to use them. Sometimes, much to our entertainment, she gets it just a little bit off. Today:. Momma, it's so hot, I see the delusionals of water! Let the words of my mouth.be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord. The Popp Ohana: A Year in Books
http://poppohana.blogspot.com/2015/08/a-year-in-books.html
Wednesday, August 5, 2015. A Year in Books. CS Lewis once said, "No book is really worth reading at the age of ten which is not equally – and often far more – worth reading at the age of fifty and beyond.". This is one of the real treats of parenthood for me: introducing my kids to beautiful books and also experiencing them myself. Winnie-the-Pooh and The House at Pooh Corner. A series of books about a woman with cures for all kinds of ills that strike children, from not wanting to make their beds to ref...

The Popp Ohana: This is How We Do It: Vacation!
http://poppohana.blogspot.com/2015/07/this-is-how-we-do-it-vacation.html
Friday, July 17, 2015. This is How We Do It: Vacation! This post is part of a link-up my friends Lori. Are hosting. I'm a little late to the party, but you can view that link-up here. I am a bit of a homebody. I like to have fun as much as anyone, but I tend to enjoy staying close to home, doing things like swimming, visiting museums, and going on bike rides. I like having adventures within the confines of our own routines (e.g. I like to be home for naps and bedtime). Homebody, meet Adventurer. Our fami...
