Wednesday, July 29, 2009. I can not tell you how excited I am! Our inaugural Pour on the Plaza. Five years ago at El Gaucho Seattle we started a small intimate group of Washington’s best wineries for an event called the Legendary Swirl. With over 15 wineries by the fourth year I felt it was perfected. I could not wait to bring the event to the new El Gaucho Bellevue. This is what I have come up with, well, with some help of course….
