Focusing on the main task helping parents/carers transfer a statement of SEN or Learning Difficulty Assessment (LDA) to an EHC plan. Helping parents/carers understand the referral process. Working alongside parents/carers offering support such as liaising across different agencies through the EHC process. Acting as a named contact throughout the EHC process.
