发布时间 2013-10-15 12:50:44 作者 本站编辑 来源 本站原创. 日前，来自北京协和医院、中国科学院心理研究所等机构的研究人员，通过全基因组关联研究 GWAS 在 7q11.23 鉴别出了中国汉族人群原发性干燥综合征 Sjogren's syndrome，SS 的一个全新易感位点。 相关论文于10月6日发表在国际顶级专业期刊 自然遗传学 Nature Genetics 杂志上。 干燥综合征可单独发病 称之为原发性干燥综合征 ，也可与其他的自身免疫性疾病例如类风湿性关节炎或系统性红斑狼疮共同发病 则称之为继发性干燥症。 原发性干燥综合征是最常见的一种自身免疫性疾病，在全球及中国的患病率估计约分别为0.05–4.8% 和0.77%。 在发现阶段，他们在542名原发性干燥综合征患者以及1, 050个对照的遗传数据中对556, 134个常染色体SNPs进行了分析。 随后，他们在第二重复阶段对另一组独立的1, 303个原发性干燥综合征患者和2, 727个样本进行了关联验证。 从而鉴别出了 7q11.23 位点上的GTF2I是原发性干燥综合征的一个新易感位点。
