Crabwood is located at the corner of Chichele Road and Bluehouse Lane, close to the centre of Oxted, Surrey. The main part of the town is within a quarter of a mile. A car is not usually needed by Crabwood tenants because of its ideal location and because there is only very limited parking on the Crabwood site. Oxted offers a full range of shops, both local and national outlets. There is good medical provision also. The map below should act as a guide as to the location of Crabwood.

In general there are a couple of vacancies a year at Crabwood. Currently there are no vacancies, however a list is maintained of those who have expressed an interest. Even if you do not feel at present Crabwood would be right for you, it may be prudent to register an interest for the future.
