Friday, December 27, 2013. This Christmas might have been my favorite yet. I felt like a kid on Christmas all over again. Christmas Eve we went to my sis in law, Lara's, and ate pizza and read the Christmas story. When we got home we watched Home Alone 2 and fell asleep. Christmas morning we woke up at 5:30. We tried to go back to sleep but gave in and got up at 6:30 to open our presents. But when she finally did, she screamed and hugged me. My cute dad gave me a high five. Saturday, December 7, 2013.

Tuesday, May 27, 2014. April showers bring May flowers. In April I had the privledge of throwing this pretty lady a baby shower with some of our friends. How fun is it to be pregnant the same time as your best friend? And since she was getting ready to pop, she threw me an early shower with our friends at her house. She was literally dilated to a 3 but insisted she wanted to throw me a shower. How sweet is she? Not to mention my amazing friends who came to support and got me the cutest stuff for baby boy!

Monday, May 5, 2014. This last weekend was my beautiful sister, Cristi's birthday. She's one of the best people you'll ever meet. She's so kind, always considerate of other's feelings, the most easygoing, funniest, and gorgeous. I can't say enough good about her. We stayed at the Marriott, went shopping, got ice cream, jumped on the bed and made music videos, stayed up late talking like little girls, went out to breakfast, and shopped some more. Friday, March 21, 2014. This last week Craig and I went down to Phoenix for Spring Training. It was kind of a last minute decision, but we needed one more pre-baby vacation! It's literally on a farm and you eat outside on Picnic tables! They had so many options and you couldn't go wrong with anything. Then that night we stayed at Elba and Josue's. Tuesday, July 8, 2014. The 4th of July is easily one of my favorite holidays. family time, fireworks and red white and blue. can't get any better than that. L was a sweetie and slept through most of the firework show until burning ashes flew in my eye and i about dropped him. sounds comical but it was absolutely horrible. Up at the boren cabin in liberty. Great grandpa boren and l. talk about heart melting. Love spending long weekends with these two. I just want to eat him! Your fam is the cutest!

Saturday, October 11, 2014. Brade spent a good 6 months avidly training for lotoja. His strength and determination completely amaze me! He trained his bum off and still managed to spend time with us, work full time and juggle 12 college credits. I don't praise him nearly enough. He's incredible. And the best part. he does it without any complaints! He was so nervous and ready to go. The race started way before sunrise. Much too early for me! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous the whole way!
