Looking for my favorite colors everywhere. Sunday, December 13, 2009. Food Gifts, Part 2. So what happens when someone or a family has a nut allergy and I can't make my famous spiced nuts. I make my second favorite food gift, maple popcorn. The recipe is vegan and nut free, so it is great for people with allergies or with specific food restrictions. Though if you desire, you can always add nuts to it ( my friend Paige. Who is the source of this recipe - likes to add buttered almonds). 1-2 Tbsp of water.

Wednesday, January 14, 2009. When it Rains it Pours. Crazy times around here, as usual. In the last 4 or 5 days the following has happened:. I tore a ligament in my shoulder. Rodney's dad went into the hospital. Rodney's dad had surgery on his heart. Rodney nearly broke his toe. Oh And I switched classrooms with another teacher and had to completely move and redo everything. The medication they gave me for my shoulder knocks me completely out too. Monday, January 5, 2009. 2008 flew by me. I mean, seriously. I think 2008 is the year that I will never remember because it went by so quickly. Some good stuff happened in 2008, some bad stuff too but all in all, I'm glad that it's 2009. I seem to do better in odd years. Some notable moments for me in 2008:. Annual snowboarding trip in January. Making over 100 cakes! Figuring out that some people in my life, will always be in my life (Jess xoxo). Giving my first cake decorating series out of my house.

As much as I hate to admit it, I really love the newly acquired apple product here at the DeMeglio household. I was skeptical. Do we really need. We already have so many little gadgets around here, was this one really necessary? We both have laptops, iPhones, we have a desktop computer in the office, several iPods, playstation this and nintendo that's.why on earth did we need this? I kind-of love it.
