Craftastrophies: October 2007
http://craftastrophies.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
The trials and tribulations of creation. Wednesday, October 31, 2007. A belated weekend post. Lemon curd, and I must say that I agree. There was enough left over for a jar to gift her for her birthday. (I also got her a lamp, so that she can see when she crafts at night) The cake turned out brilliantly, although there was. Too much butter in it – I actually blotted the cake! 8217; We ask why she is looking in her bag. The reply? 8216;for something to attach it too! Gives my eyes a rash! A sampler snake&#...

I might not be able to get away with actually knitting at work, but a few quick peeks at ravelry, and I might as well be. Looking on ravelry and listening to Stash and Burn. Has been fuelling my knitting fantasies. My queue on Ravelry is nothing. nothing! But some things have stuck. Like Tempest. Do you think that would look ridiculous? I almost don't care. I want it. And Milicent,. What are you making? A sock...

At her Majesty's Theatre, as part of the Adelaide Bank Festival of the Arts. Before I go into it, can I jsut say that I love living in Adelaide? Is in love with him in the forest, all alone! After he attacks her! That's where I live. The costumes were unbelieveably gorgeous. All indain silks and bright colours and bling. Puck (who is always the high point for me) was FANTAS...All t...

Archive and categories and search. Links to some favorite sites. About me and all this. To make: my small kitchen storage. All of these images are also in a Flickr set here. Click the image above to see it in Flickr with Notes. The image above was created using this nifty little application: HGTV’s Floor Planner. From Ikea for this, but they are just too shallow to hold long-handled utensils, they would have just tipped and fallen out. Click the image above to see it in Flickr with Notes. The lip of the ...

Enabling your inner fiber enthusiast since 2012. Click here to edit title. Click here to edit text. RIP Power Cord and Hello Serger. Hi, my name is Rebecca W. And I can admit it: I have a problem. I really, REALLY love crafting. Knitting is my current obsession, though I also crochet, have been known to cross-stitch on occasion, and also engage in your general run-of-the-mill DIY type craftiness. Let's just say I spend way more time on Pinterest than any person in their right mind should.

Craftastrophies – Craft: (old English) ‘power’. ‘strength’, ‘might’.
Craft: (old English) ‘power’. ‘strength’, ‘might’. Do you plan your sewing? I try not to, too much. I generally have a loose, constantly changing ‘want to sew’ list in my head but I find that any time I make a longer or more concrete list I immediately want to sew anything but the things on my list. Sub in list are useful...
