Volunteers play an important role in the success of events at The Grove. Opportunities to help out are listed below. Start to finish hours 2 PM till 11 PM. Set Up from 2 PM to 5:30 PM. Registration and check-in 4 PM to 8 PM (Registration starts at 4:30PM, but need to set up at 4 PM). Beer tent staff 5 PM to 10 PM. Crowd control 5 PM to 10 PM. Clean up crew 8 PM to 11 PM. 10 Free beer samples. Dinner – sandwich, chips, soda or water from one of our food venders. Must be 21 to Volunteer!
