http://craftication.blogspot.com/2015/08/aqs-syracuse-quilt-show.html

Sunday, August 2, 2015. AQS Syracuse Quilt Show. I went to AQS Syracuse Show with my friends Sandy. And Katie. Had a blast! Shopping, looking at quilts and hanging out with two really cool people! These colors were so brilliant and they just popped. The detail on this one was amazing. I was so taken by the beading on this one! Love the Mexican feel to this one. This one totally made me giggle! The detail and workmanship on this was amazing. This was a VERY cool chair at one of the vendors. Warm Company B...

Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Who met Bonnie Hunter? Me- thats who. I took a class, Crumb Piecing, from her in Tonawanda with my friend Jan. Had a blast. Very much enjoyed the class and enjoyed Bonnie's style and personality. These pics are all of Bonnie's work. Her quilts, her blocks. This quilt above is my friend Jan's. Its called Lantana, after the flower. It was Jan's choice of colors for Easy Street. Beautiful, right? Friday, September 5, 2014. Monday, September 1, 2014. Ocean Waves Part II. But then...

http://craftication.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html

Thursday, October 16, 2014. I went to retreat this past weekend. I love retreat. I love hanging out with the girls, being silly, having my meals made for me, people cleaning up my messy dishes, eating their good food, making projects, seeing other peoples projects, getting inspiration and ideas. Its a blast! My leaves are coming along. Not sure what I am going to do with them all. I love the words. It will be a whimsical type quilt. A beautiful sunset Saturday evening. Aren't these mason jars cute! Color...

Craftication: August 2015

http://craftication.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html

Monday, August 31, 2015. One summer, like several years ago, I found this cute sunflower dress for my daughter. She was about 6 at the time. SO lets do the math, she's 12 now - 6 years ago. Anyway, I figured she could wear it and then when she was too big for it, I would change it into an apron. Its been in my stuff to sew box for that long. I just got rid of a ton of polyester fabric that I will never use. So happy it will be put to good use by various charities. Yeah! Monday, August 24, 2015. I have al...

Craftication: February 2015

http://craftication.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Saturday, February 28, 2015. Retreat Show and Tell. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. My hands are VERY dry. Cracking at the finger nail corners, white and dry, calloused, sand paper fingers. My kids and husband have told me at one time or another not to touch them with my fingers because they were like sand paper (true story). No matter how much lotion I would put on, they would stay exactly like they were all winter long. Lovely Healing Hand Lotion. 1/4 cup almond oil or olive oil. 1/2 cup coconut oil. Melt ...

Crafticant by Charlotte Z. Fernandez. All down the steps; and, as we enterd, lo! The strangest sight — the most unlookd-for chance—. All things turnd topsy-turvy in a devils dance. The Cap and Bells; or, the Jealousies, a Faery Tale. An unfinished work by John Keats. The character of the Crafticant in Keats. Is enveloped in a sort of mimicry of beauty, wrapped in elegance but absent of meaning. The works here can be illusive like the Crafticant.
