Crafting In The Bath: Mail art challenge
http://craftinginthebath.blogspot.com/2013/10/mail-art-challenge.html
Monday, 21 October 2013. Its a bit touch and go as to whether this post will actually appear on my blog as its been so long and not sure whether I can remember what to do! Unfortunately my crafting has been put on the back burner for some time due to work and decorating. There is a bit of light at the end of the tunnel on the decorating front but work doesn’t seem to be letting up! Labels: Mail Art Challenge. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, 6 June 2012. Red,White and Blue. Is this weeks card challenge on the Scrapbook Sisters Blog. Anyway this is my take on this weeks theme. The butterflies and flowers with ribbon are from my latest digi stamps. The blue paper and postcard stamp are from the ‘Portobello Road’ range from Papermania. Seam binding ribbon coloured with a copic/promarker pen. View my ...

http://lilackittycreations.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, 25 November 2012. When I got home from work on Thursday there was a parcel for me in the post that contained an American Crafts Amy Tan day book as a thank you for being published in issue 68. The suprise was that I had forgotten that I had actually sent them a layout! It was great to see my layout in the magazine and might encourage me to send some more in! After a great day yesterday crafting all day at a crop I now am inspired to create more. Friday, 9 November 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, 24 July 2013. A Change of Direction. Over recent months my crafting has taken a change of direction. I am still paper crafting but sewing and knitting has been my main focus recently. This is my most recent project the Mathilde Blouse made from a pattern from Tilly and the Buttons. 8211; you may have seen her on The Great British Sewing Bee. I am very happy with this top and the fabric was a bargain at £2 per metre from my fabric shopping expedition in Walthamstow with Holly. Picture Window te...

Wednesday, 25 April 2012. One Circle Two Buttons. It’s a strange title I know but that’s the theme of this weeks card challenge at Scrapbook Sisters. Here’s my card;. The backing paper is from a free 6x6 pad with Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine – it really is very pretty, just my sort of thing! The wording is from a set of Kaisercraft stamps and the flowers and leaves are from my stash and of course there are two tiny start buttons too. Friday, 20 April 2012. http://lilackittycreations.blogspot.com/2013/03/creative-scrappers-sketch-249-250.html
Friday, 15 March 2013. Creative Scrappers Sketch 249 and 250. I’m catching up today with a couple of layouts for Creative Scrappers. That I had finished earlier this week when I had a snow day but not shown here. I loved these photos that my daughter took of her boyfriend with her reflection showing in his sunglasses and the papers were so suited to him as he is a musician. lilac kitty creations: Bleeding Tissue
http://lilackittycreations.blogspot.com/2015/04/bleeding-tissue.html
Friday, 24 April 2015. I missed this weeks craft evening at Twydall Crafters. Was demonstrating the "bleeding tissue" technique - so this afternoon after having watched several off Eileen's YouTube tutorials I made myself comfortable and had a practice with the tissue. I was quite pleased with the results, so I have turned my practice pieces into cards. Oh wow Jeannie, these are brilliant! 24 April 2015 at 23:16. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, May 6, 2015. You're #1 In My Book. Back again today to share another bookmark! CAS has always been my favorite- I love the impact of a simple design. Today's bookmark I used some lined paper with a cute sentiment from Way to Go Kiddo (I just love that name! And I call Alexander kiddo too! I made it into a double sided bookmark and embossed the back using a PTI impression plate to give it some dimension and interest. That's all for today! Have a wonderful sunny day! Links to this post. Crafting In The Bath
Monday, 16 December 2013. Mail Art Challenge for December. Well Christmas is nearly upon us – where has the year gone! I’m as unorganized as ever. Haven’t got the tree up yet! I have spent most of the day sorting through it all and putting it in some sort of order. I think a number of boot fairs will be necessary in 2014. I will probably never use half of it. Well its time for Decembers Mail Art Challenge which of course is Christmas. If you pop over to www.newnannyblogspot. Monday, 18 November 2013.
