I used the two smaller petals on the stunning Blossom Petal Punch [Thanks Kim! I sponged the edges in one of my favourite colours to use, Bashful Blue. The middle is punched with the Itty Bitty Punch Kit; lastly it is embellished with a Circle Ice Brad. Lastly, I dipped the flower tips in glitter. The images are stamped on a single piece of paper, starting with lightest to darkest, then, once all the images are where we want them, we cut the piece of paper into three wider stripes. Does that create a neat effect? The other cool thing about Circle Circus is that the stamps all coordinate with a punch. Cardstock: Whisper White, Perfect Plum, Old Olive. Inks: Old Olive, Perfect Plum, Daffodil Delight.

So this is my first post of 2015 and I wish everyone a happy and joyful New Year! For the stamen and worked the flower from the stamen out adding petals and affixing with low-temperature hot glue. For the flower leafs I used moss green crepe, cutting a basic leaf shape and then bending and tugging to give life to the leaf. Thanks for joining me today!
