Cut up a piece of 5 7/8" wide by 4 5/8" tall card stock for backliner. Score at 1/4" and 5 5/8", write the name of the set on the 2 little spine. Fold along the score line and ta-da, you have a nice backliner that sits nicely into the 'box' side of the CD case. Set I just have to go by the name I choose. From wood to acrylic (4).
