Wednesday, February 19, 2014. I keep thinking about how long it has been since this blog was last updated. It's been aWHILE. Once my parents joined Facebook, I sort of left this part of me behind. And lately, I've realized that writing is therapeutic and necessary. So, I am going to set my expectations very low and try and post at least once a week. Challenge: accepted. In this moment of calm, the dog is asleep on the couch beside me and the cat is nestled into me because this is her favorite blanket.

Sunday, January 9, 2011. Mac-n-Cheese and Menu-planning Monday! As I mentioned last week, this week was an EASY dinner week since my husband was out-of-town. We actually ended up having lots of frozen pizza and cereal! Lol BUT we did make my sister's homemade Mac-n-Cheese and the kids LOVED it! 2 cups Macaroni or shell noodles. Cream of Chicken Soup. Cheddar Cheese - grated. 1 Cook and drain noodles. 2 Stir in Cream of Chicken Soup and cheddar cheese. How much cheese is up to you. Garlic Bread / Salad.
