Welcome to My Little Corner of the Net. Tuesday, 27 January 2015. Love is in the air. Good morning. We take inspiration from many different places and my card today. Was inspired by our Design Team member Doreen. She has made a couple of cards using her Gelli Plate and it prompted me to find mine and have a play. I like to use Adirondack dye ink pads as the ink doesn't puddle on the Gelli Plate. I inked the plate with a brayer using Stream coloured ink pad then place the heart stamp from Fluttering Hearts.

At the last workshop I attended I sat next to a great friend and I fell in love with the colours she had used in her book. This is my interpretation of her pages with some stamping and painting. Welcome to My Little Corner of the Net. Monday, 22 June 2015. I have found with the Seasonal Fragments stamps that they are such a great inspiration to making cards all year round. This is the first card I've made that will go into the box of festive cards for this year. I used the snowflakes with a three blue inkpad and stamped all over the card. Welcome to My Little Corner of the Net. Sunday, 17 May 2015. Lace and Waste Cards. Good morning. Two cards from me today. The first is a clean and simple using the newest release stamps and a lovely verse from. The ribbon/lace was stamped onto the cream card and the flower on another piece and cut out. I cut close to the centre which allowed me to curl the petals for dimension. I matted onto a similar blue card to the ink and fixed to the A5 base card. 17 May 2015 at 10:45. Saturday, 16 July 2011. A little bit excited. Well, here we are mid-summer and it is absolutely pouring down! I suppose we should expect it from the British climate, but really. Anyway, once again I've been absent but there is a good reason. I have been hard at the designing thing. I have put together a few digital and printable kits and guess what? The first one was released today over on the Chocolate Baroque. And it's free p p on UK (mainland) deliveries all this weekend, well worth it. I am what I am.

Saturday, 22 March 2014. An engagement in the family was the reason for this card, or at least the reason to make a card of some sort, but what to make? I recently bought some of the Britannia Flower Dies and have been playing with making roses, and fuchsias etc so it seemed like I good idea to have a go at using the flowers on a card. Thanks need to go to Joanna Sheen Ltd. For posting this helpful video. On YouTube as I am sure I would have struggled making the flowers without the clear instructions here.
