I still have to put the batting and the back on it and actually quilt it, but at least I am on my way. I will have to have Tom take a picture of that also and post it. I have completed my classes. Wednesday, April 06, 2005. Yep, that's right. Tom and I decided to take a trip. We have talked about it for years, but never have. We usually use our vacation for family trips.not that we mind.but we haven't went anywhere just the two of us. We didn't even go on an honeymoon. Well the honeymoon is starting on May 27th! Monday, October 25, 2004. The Torture of being 40. I had my yearly OB/GYN appointment today. Why do us women have to go through that? I know, I know, God made us that way, but yuck! The only good thing was that the doctor made a comment about how much weight I had lost since last year.ahem.127lbs! Sunday, October 31, 2004. Party Time Part Deux. As we expected, there were many more people here today. It was great, as we had tons of food leftover. I held Kaylyn (my 1 1/2 month old future niece) while everyone ate, and Scott held her for a while after. What a sweet baby! We also had quite a few trick or treaters! Walk more - I need to get back into going for walks after dinner - I really enjoyed it and funnily, I stopped doing it once the weather turned better. Just another WordPress.com weblog. December 11, 2006. There’s a new baby in my family – “Baby D” we call him, but his sweet name is. And he’s the son of the sister of my husband. He’s just 4 months, was born in Cuba. And we met him for the first time 2 weeks ago…. For Christmas, I figured I’d make a stocking for him for, not the mantle – there may be mantles in Cuba – but i imagine it hanging on the veranda or a window in his room. It wasn’t perfect, but…. It looked rich and full and well-rounded.
