http://craftycookinheels.blogspot.com/2013/04/red-chile-chicken-tacos.html

Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Red Chile Chicken Tacos. It's so true that necessity is the mother of invention. I had planned to make tacos for dinner tonight, but I was really not interested in the regular boxed taco kit. I decided to play around with some enchilada sauce, cilantro and other fun flavors.and this is what I came up with! 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1/2 red onion, chopped. 1 lb ground chicken breast. 1 can red enchilada sauce. 3 cloves garlic, chopped. 1/2 packet of low sodium taco seasoning. AUSTINTXMOM.COM: Spicy Tuna Pita

http://craftycookinheels.blogspot.com/2013/01/spicy-tuna-pita.html

Monday, January 07, 2013. Not to mention, at 5 calories a serving you'll hardly notice it in your calorie intake. This recipe is so easy! I can't stress just how easy it was to put together! It was also very filling. You can thank the pita bread and hummus for that. :). 1/2 can (about 2.5 oz) of albacore tuna in water. 1 tbsp mustard of your choice. 1 Tbsp hot cherry peppers. 2 Tbsp roasted red pepper hummus. 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese. 3-4 kalamata olives, diced. 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes.
