Busy Little Lamb: Baby's Room: Bumper Pad
http://busylittlelamb.blogspot.com/2011/04/babys-room-bumper-pad.html
Thursday, April 28, 2011. Baby's Room: Bumper Pad. So I finally got around to making the bumper pad. What a nightmare. I decided to just pick apart our old one and re-cover it. So I ripped apart the whole thing and sewed the new one. and it was all wrong. So I had to pick it out and start all over again. Awesome. Anyway. I am pleased with how it turned out. Such a fun fabric. I love all the bright colors up against the white. Okay Rachel, you are seriously a machine! I love this too! I haven't been the m...

Tuesday, March 22, 2011. I had these for extra mirrors and I have had them above our headboard for a long time. but I wanted something with a little more style. So I had my sister help me cut out some vinyl on her cricut with a catridge I had bought. (Mine wouldn't cut the vinyl big enough) The turned out REALLY cute and I am way excited about them. Now to just finish unpacking and organizing. Friday, March 18, 2011. I don't know about any of you. but I really don't like winnie. So first I dismantled.

Chris & Gaylene: good old ben
http://chrisandgaylene.blogspot.com/2015/03/good-old-ben.html
Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Last week Josh had his school Wax Museum, and he chose to be Ben Franklin. He had to read a few books about Ben (they were short), and then we had to come up with a costume and poster. He wrote a speech and delivered it when people pushed his button. Here Ben is, chatting away with Teddy Roosevelt and Sacajawea. He has friends in high places. March 6, 2015 at 8:08 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). We love the Bible and The Book of Mormon. Chris & Gaylene: January 2015
http://chrisandgaylene.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Saturday, January 31, 2015. Ashley decided she wanted to play indoor soccer. She used to play in our Village in the swamp with boys from other countries, and she was pretty good, so we signed her up. It's at the city fitness center, and we have to sit on the track that wraps around the second level, watching her from above. They gave her a scarf (we're not sure why). Do soccer players wear scarves? Links to this post. Thursday, January 29, 2015. Ashley hated it at first, until we found a hill with deep s...

Chris & Gaylene: Vday in The Reef
http://chrisandgaylene.blogspot.com/2015/02/vday-in-reef.html
Saturday, February 28, 2015. Vday in The Reef. I forgot to post about our trip over valentines day. Several years ago we went to the cabin for valentines day and got snowed in. This time Capitol Reef was chilly but beautiful. Unfortunately, once again, they are all cell pics. But still great memories :). I saw this crazy rainbow in the sky on our drive (and I'm lucky I didn't drop my phone out the window! We went on a hike at Cottonwood Wash. It was really bouldery toward the end, but it was a great ...

Chris & Gaylene: March 2014
http://chrisandgaylene.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 27, 2014. We had a Tuesday night temple trip with the youth a few days ago. One of my favorite things in the world is stepping out the main doors of the temple feeling refreshed and happy, and looking around at the stunning world we live in. It doesn't matter what season we're in, or which temple we've been to, everything looks better after spending time inside our beautiful temples. I'm proud of him for being excited about finding his "cousins". And exploring our family history. Our comb...

Chris & Gaylene: March 2015
http://chrisandgaylene.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 19, 2015. I've recently joined instagram (@gaylenewils) and so half of these pictures are repeats for those of you who follow me there. But I want to keep them on my blog anyway, and also share them with some of my family and friends who aren't in instagram. March is half over, so here's what's been up the last few weeks:. Josh was so excited that it finally snowed, and then sad it melted before he had a chance to play in it. I'm always done in about 20 minutes. Ethan and I went to the te...

Little Crazies: 50/52
http://littlecrazies.blogspot.com/2014/12/5052.html
December 18, 2014. A portrait of my girls, once a week, every week, in 2014.". The weather has been quite mild or it may be that we are getting used to the cold. -12C sounds toasty. Our neighbor took us to two different international schools so I could see them and make a decision about where to send our girls to. I am leaning towards one particular school but still want to homeschool till the end of this school year. Thanks to one nice lady from Matt's department we have a Christmas tree. It only ha...
