Monday, December 20, 2010. Here are a few things I'm working on slowly. I like to work on multiple things at once, because I get bored with only one at a time. Simple Squares Baby Blanket. I really don't have a reason to make a baby blanket. Nobody I know has or is going to have a baby. I just know the yarn was on sale, and it's super bulky yarn so it crochets up quickly. ;) I've only done 2/25 squares so far, and I'm changing up the colors from the original pattern. Friday, December 17, 2010. Went to the library to look for crochet books and came home with this one. Granny Crochet Favorites. I've noticed that granny squares are everywhere. In the crochet world, and they are supposed to be fast to make. In other words, faster squares means more charity squares and more blankets for my own use. Woo! Monday, December 13, 2010. I told my husband about it and he thought that sounded good as well. He also wanted to learn how to knit so we could both learn our crafts together. In the past few months I've been trying to learn the basics, and make simple things. I've made a few cute things so far, and I have plans for afghans and blankets. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Brush lettering with Tombow Brush Pens! Heres an update on my practice! I found these sheets from Olivia from Random Olive. It's not only learning but it's soothing if that makes any sense? I guess you would have to try it to see. Let's look at my progress . I hate the letter T as bad as I do the letter J- why you ask?
